Managing Partner, Advocate
Advocate Michał Rączkowski has many years of experience in ongoing assistance to business entities in the area of civil law, commercial law and labour law. He advises international medical corporations on commercial transactions, negotiates distribution and agency agreements with contractors operating in the territory of Poland and in other European Union countries.
His practice includes legal representation before common courts in business matters and civil disputes arising in real estate law. He also provides legal advice and assistance to doctors in respect of medical malpractice claims and conducts legal proceedings in the area of insurance, in particular claiming compensation from insurance companies within the scope of civil liability of the perpetrators of accidents.
